What Do You Want?

To keep things moving, it's important to respond to people and show that you've considered their thoughts. We have an annual strategic offsite where we dive deep into payment systems, competitors, and fintech companies. We spend hours discussing each person and company, their performance, and what they should do next. I encourage my team to think about what they want in life and we work towards that. I dedicate weekends, especially Sundays, to do a lot of thinking and reading. I make lists to prioritize and avoid distractions.
