Quick Brain Training for Learning Tasks
Through an experiment, it was observed that when faced with a new mental task, the brain initially shows low activation, but once a strategy is developed, neural circuits in the frontal part of the brain are triggered, leading to rapid learning. This suggests that the brain can train itself quickly for new tasks. Continuous engagement in stimulating tasks like searching can keep neural circuits active. Repetitive tasks may lead to less brain activity, interpreted as cognitive efficiency, where the brain uses less energy to perform tasks efficiently.
