Fascism Undermines Justice

Fascism is characterized by the direct involvement and instigation of oppressive control over the state. Regardless of its duration, whether it manifests for a day, a week, or a year, any form of fascism fundamentally undermines justice and the integrity of institutions such as the Supreme Court. Individuals who perpetrate or facilitate such suppression are unfit for positions of power and authority.
