The Innermost Self: Core of the Person and Governing Leader
The interior therapist community focuses on the innermost self, which is the core of a person. In this state, the self is free and governs our whole being. Being recollected means having our innermost self lead and govern our parts like a conductor leading an orchestra. A recollected person experiences calm, curiosity, compassion, confidence, courage, clarity, connectedness, and creativity. Another sign of being recollected is not being attached to a particular agenda or means. The innermost self aims to love primarily, but isn't overly attached to specific outcomes.
