Women's Resistance Training Recovery

One area where i'd like to see more research is looking at the effects of a minstrel cycle phase on recovery from resistance training. There was a really cool paper by markowski in 20 14 that looked at this, finding that recovery from an eccentric exercise session was considerably quicker during the folicular phase of the cycle versus the ludial phase. But thee there's not like one, a one particular topic or like, that's, that's what i'd want to see. This wouldn't necessarily be a males versus females thing.
