i would say it rather simpliically, is whether you've made a difference. You could have been important to other people,. or you could have discovered gravitational waves that matters to other people - something beyond just existing on the earth as an individual. So your life has meaning if you have affected, ah, either knowledge or people, or something beyond yourself. Do you oa simplisitic statement, but it's about as good as i am in all its simplicity.
