NOTE

Why You Like Some Thing And Avoid Others

Writing in the flow state is a wonderful experience because it allows me to control and organize ideas, characters, and concepts. During this time, the inconveniences of life are turned down, and I can fully immerse myself in the creative process. However, there is a dilemma between procrastination and self-restraint. To sustainably pursue writing, one must either embrace the discomfort of concentration or reconfigure their psychology and schedule to make it less painful. It's a choice between embracing suffering or changing the direction of the wind. Discipline can be seen as either pushing through or taking a break. Understanding one's own challenges and resources is essential to navigate this dilemma. The goal is to be in control of one's desires and motivations, rather than being driven by them. There are two paths: reconfiguring the force's direction or transcending the force altogether. The latter offers a greater sense of empowerment.
