There's billions in here to help speed up the production of solar panels, winter vines and batteries. There are also incentives for households to upgrade their home to make it more energy efficient. But because this bill needed jo on to sign off on it, it doesn't go quite as far as democrats would have liked.
This weekend, Democrats passed legislation that would make historic investments to fight climate change and lower the cost of prescription drugs — paid for by raising taxes on businesses.
