The study challenges the assumption that weight maintenance is solely determined by calories in and out. Mindset plays a significant role in food consumption, and the effect of what we eat goes beyond just calories. Surprisingly, the mindset of indulgence had a stronger impact on ghrelin levels than the mindset of sensibility.
