Blob Market Dynamics

The blob market fee should ideally be as low as fees in other markets, but blob data isn't permanently stored. Rollups previously posted data through mainnet transactions, which remain in the chain's history longer. Switching between blob and cold data markets is theoretically possible for cost savings, but may not be practical for rollups unless the blob market is significantly more expensive. Rollups also have the option of waiting for congestion to ease, but waiting means more data to post later.
