Since Covid, we have been tapping into the mature membership pool at WeWork. This is likely to be a positive move for us. In terms of fully managed spaces, we expect opportunities to arise as existing companies either stay and benefit from our assistance or move out, allowing us to take their place. While there may be challenges if some buildings become available for rent, we see this as a minimal risk. Overall, we are optimistic about our relationship with WeWork.
