Thoughts Shape Reality

Our thoughts and emotions are deeply interconnected, influencing our state of being. When we dwell on past problems, we trigger associated emotions, linking our mental state to past experiences. This conditioning process happens when thoughts (language of the brain) and feelings (language of the body) repeatedly interact, causing the body to perceive these emotional states as lived experiences. Over time, the body becomes conditioned to these past emotions, effectively living in the past continuously, as it cannot distinguish between real experiences and those conjured by thought alone.
