The visibility of others and their life paths prompts feelings of inadequacy and comparison, leading individuals to believe they are not progressing as they should. This phenomenon is deeply ingrained in human behavior as a social trait, making it challenging to avoid. A survey revealed that 80% of respondents in their twenties felt behind in life, indicating a widespread sense of dissatisfaction and a belief that they should be further ahead in various aspects of their lives.
