The architectural worldview is top-down, requiring upfront planning and structuring before building, while the gardening worldview is more emergent and bottom-up, involving design and structuring over a longer period of time as the place itself grows.
Jorge Arango is an information architect, author, and educator. For the past 25 years, he has used architectural thinking to bring clarity and alignment to digital products and services.
