Models grounded in physics represent governing laws of nature, allowing prediction of how an engineering system will respond. By combining data with these models, a personalized, dynamically evolving model called a digital twin can be created. This digital twin is a personalized model of a specific aircraft, incorporating data from onboard sensors and inspections. It is not a generic model, but a personalized model of the aircraft sitting in the author's garage.
