The Three Ways Paradigm

The critical journey is the most recent. It was developed in the eighties and nineties by janet hagburg and robert gulick from fuller seminary. The impetus for the up date was that, you know, i the modern world, pretty much all of us have far more agency than most people down through human history. And so the attempt of this paradime is to take into account a little bit more of work, whether that be in your career or in your family.
