If you're just run entirely by the conditioning of the past, that's what I mean by robotic like conditioning or being more of a robot. Like one thing you said in there that really stood out to me was just about the importance of like paying attention to your body. A very good way to get to a state of presence or non-robot like behavior is like literally just noticing little things about how you're attached to the physical world.
