Consequences of Neglect and Rationality in Adversaries

Neglecting important matters can lead to catastrophic consequences, causing bitterness and resentment when one realizes it's their fault. Scar is portrayed as scarred, coming from a rough background, leading to resentment. Evil adversaries are often depicted as intelligent and hyper-rational, as seen in the character of Lucifer in 'Paradise Lost'. Rationality can become dangerous when it falls in love with its own ideas and refuses to let go.
