Are Post-Modernists Undermining Power Hierarchies?

Post modernists are concerned with re-establishing genuine power at the bottom of power hierarchies, but their doctrines seem to be undermining and weakening young people instead of strengthening them. This paradox may be due to their lack of interest in the individual level.
