Select a high-intensity movement after a brief warm-up, such as jogging or jumping jacks. The exercise involves three rounds. In round one, go the maximum distance possible in two minutes, then rest for two minutes. In round two, cover the same distance as in round one, aiming to do it in the shortest time possible and then rest again. In round three, aim to go at least as far as round one, pushing to go even further if time permits.
