The GRU Russia had this idea that they could invade Ukraine in three days and that Ukraine would be an easily destabilized state. That also seems to have played out in I think their cyber operations as well so when we look at the outs of the war we see multiple wipers targeting key strategic targets within Ukraine. The reason why you know the outside world isn't seeing viber tack after labor tack is because of those defenders, he says.
