Working at the Intersection of Health and Wellbeing: A Personal Journey

The author worked at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health before becoming an independent researcher and writer. They focused on the social determinants of health, measures of progress, and subjective wellbeing. They co-developed an index of subjective wellbeing now used internationally. Although not formally trained as a futurist, their work had a futures orientation based on science.
