However, taking the growth mindset into the real world and enhancing academic performance depends on peer influence. If peers resist the display of a growth mindset, students are less likely to adopt it. Additionally, the teacher's mindset also plays a role, as teachers with a fixed mindset may negatively impact teaching effectiveness in challenging subjects like math.
