Focus on making your actual audience happy, such as your colleagues, employers, and clients, rather than the superficial audience constructed by social media companies. Resist the temptation of pseudo productivity and redefine productivity by assessing what you have produced that you are proud of. Shift your mindset to prioritize meaningful accomplishments over merely being busy or active. Reflect on your achievements over the year or quarter, and focus on activities that contribute to that list of proud accomplishments, steering away from meaningless tasks like clearing emails and attending meetings.
