Despite the complexity and difficulty of the project, it is essential for building a global civilization with aligned economic, political, and environmental goals. Skepticism about moral truth, highlighting the lack of a universal understanding of right and wrong, has detrimental consequences. One example is the reluctance to establish a universal declaration of human rights, as exemplified by the American Anthropological Association's stance in 1947, which undermines the necessity of a shared moral framework for global harmony.
