Exercise is a tool we can use to build cognition. It's not separate from motivational movement, the mte or problem solving. When you have kids exercise, especially early in the day, their focus gets better, significantly. Pay patients with attention deficit disorders, when they exercise in the morning, their attention gets profoundly better. Imagine young men who are supposed to be in foraginga out there running.
