Golf instructors and golfers have understood how important the relationship is with the ground. The faster you can increase force on the left side against this vertical force, typically the faster the club had speed. On pressure mat what that'll show up as is, the faster the centere of pressure moves to the left or lead side, typically we start seeing higher club speed.
