How Do You Make Decisions?

Amazon has a decision making framework, and we think of them as one way door decisions or two way door decisions. One way doors are ones that once you make it, it's really hard to unwind. We encourage people to take them quickly, be willing to fail because you can unwind it. When we decided to put music into prime, that was a one way door. And that's the common framework at Amazon.
