Progressive Sanctification and Victory Over Sin

Progressive sanctification involves experiencing victory over sins that previously controlled us, as we are set free from the penalty and power of sin by the increasing power of Christ. This transformation is evident in everyday life situations like controlling our reactions or speech. Ultimately, as believers, we look forward to being completely free from the presence of sin when we enter into glory, being fully glorified and sanctified.
