Carbs can be categorized into two types: resistant starches and fibers are considered good carbs./nNon-fibrous carbs should be avoided, while consuming plenty of fibrous carbs./nIf consuming non-fibrous carbs, the purpose should be to ingest a mono-unsaturated fat./nExamples of fats to consume with non-fibrous carbs include olive oil, avocado oil, macadamia nut oil, or parilla oil./nParilla oil, found in Korea and China, contains high levels of alpha-linoleic acid and rosemarinic acid, which may benefit brain health.
