The Team That Really Needs Personal Interaction Can Live Somewhere

We live in an age of the huge returns to globalization, but political and immigration restrictions on globalization can be a good opportunity. I don't agree with this model of teams of teams. The team that really needs personal interaction can live somewhere. And then you can do Amsterdam for four or five days of networking team building and so forth and then come home again. You can do global economies of scale this way.
