Politics should be kept out of companies./nIssues like abortion, gay marriage and immigration should not be discussed in a way that makes the company seem like bad people./nPractices of caring and empathy should not lead to a veneration of victimhood, as it can lead to bitterness and resentment./nIt is possible to be normal, happy, non-judgmental, productive and satisfied in a business environment while treating people as individuals rather than demographic scores or tokens./nRace should not be a factor in decision making in order to avoid being racist.
