Key Institutional Heads in a Transition

In a transition, the main institutional heads involved are the president, the head of the judiciary, the secretary of the Guardian Council, and the Speaker of Parliament. While most assume the Speaker of Parliament would have a role, according to the Constitution, the Speaker does not specifically have a designated role in the transition process.
