The Importance of Morale in a Team
Upon arriving, I faced a demoralized army due to malcontents. To turn things around, I took decisive action and reorganized supplies, leading to victory. This incredible leader emphasizes the importance of success and judges men only by their actions. He acknowledges the government's failures and promises to provide for his soldiers in the most fertile lands, offering honor, glory, and riches. This shift is driven by his belief in being a leader who understands and gains the trust of their team.

If you want something like the presidency (or being a billionaire) you should presume there is someone out there who will devote all their time, money, relationships, sense of ethics, everything in sacrifice of that one goal.
