It can be challenging to communicate gut feelings, but they are often helpful in decision-making. Hiring should maintain a high bar and not compromise on anything. The process of finding the perfect hire may take longer, but it's important not to rush and still hire the best people. Striking a balance between time constraints and hiring the best people is a tough challenge to solve.
