Considerations for Starting a New Church

The speaker and his wife are considering starting something new in a few years/nThey are thinking about how they would do things differently if they were to start over/nThe speaker would never embrace a lead pastor model again/nThe reason for this is primarily for emotional health and New Testament reasons/nThe speaker believes in strong leaders but also the importance of having a team around them/nHe would never start or lead a church by himself
