Can You Buy and Sell Bonds After They Have Been Issued?
You can buy and sell bonds after they have originally been issued. The price of a bond changes in the opposite direction to interust rates. I taught fixingham securities for almost ten years at cornell. So if interest rates go up, bond prices go down. If interest rates go down, bond prices going up.
