Is There a Competior We Didn't Understand?
If the rest of my model seemed to hold it was just the competitors. I'd study that competitor more and say, ok, they did something other than we thought. What is it about them that we could imagine they do other things in a similar way? Ah, now i can understand its competitors in general, or its that competitor we didn't understand. So i'd focus on that to be able to come up with a coherent explanation of why what happened actually happened. And that would be my new model for testing my presumptive model. It's mainly just trying to reflect on what they did and explain itor. You've been asked: Would you rather spend your time analysing someone else
