LLMs as Core Drivers in Computing Interfaces
LLMs are the new core driver for computing interfaces. A research paper found that using LLMs in autonomous driving improves neural net performance. By adding a communication layer that thinks and talks like a human, LLMs can make wide-ranging interpretations of sensor data. This allows the car to make more intelligent decisions. LLMs are becoming similar to a software operating system, similar to how mobile phones evolved from voice to SMS.
