Challenges in Quantizing Gravity and the Finite Nature of the Observable Universe
Quantizing gravity poses technical and conceptual challenges as it does not align well with quantum field theory. While quantum field theory allows an infinite number of states in every space region, gravity suggests a finite number of possibilities. The finite number 10 to the power of 122 arises due to our universe's observable part, impacted by its expanding and accelerating nature. Similar to the entropy of a black hole, there exists an entropy of our observable universe, approximately 10 to the power of 122, demonstrating a finite number of possible occurrences within it.
