The risks of overregulating AI and the need for responsible use
AI wiping out all life or humans disappearing to become paper clips is an incoherent notion. Overregulating AI may lead to only the worst people having access to it. The solution is to have good guys with super AI to stop the bad guys. Just like the need for good guys with armies in the gun control debates.
