Don't pick people based on familiarity, seek diversity for success
When building a team, it's important to choose people based on their expertise and ability to fill in the gaps. Diversity is key because it brings different perspectives and leads to success. Just like a diversified stock portfolio or a population of rhinos, diversity in a team is crucial. Michelle, Lee, and I are all different individuals, which has helped us build a successful team and achieve great things. Finding a romantic partner may differ, but the principle of complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses still applies.
