Relevance realisation is primordial to everything else

The world is generated out of relevance realization being coupled to the environment. It does not generate it by the level of common sense obvious meaningful world. By the time you have you in a common sensically obviated world of meaningful objects and situations, relevance realization has already done a tremendous amount of work. So it's pre-egoic. It's pre-normative in the sense that it's your primordial normativity.
