Any system that has in balances of power will produce elete capture. That seems like pretty much every social system everywhere, on a sufficiently long enough time line. The question isn't whether or not there's going to be le capture, but how much a lee capture are you going to have? How big are the inequalities? Do they have 100 times wath the people at the bot have? And those three scenarios are probably, all other things being equal, going to look quite different from each other. There are two major families of things that i think would help us answer that question.
