Sorting things into a taxonomy helps us understand how the universe works. When Pluto was no longer considered a planet, it caused confusion. We have to rethink the taxonomy of astronomy. If Pluto is not a planet, what is it? And what about other things like Rover the dog and Dino the dinosaur? When we mess with categories, it makes us uncomfortable because we rely on them to not pay attention.
