Reading biographies of dead people can help remove the fear of failure and the illusion of having something to lose. Embracing the temporary nature of everything and the inevitability of death can free one from societal expectations and restrictions. Living each day as if it were the last can lead to pursuing one's true passions and finding fulfillment. Viewing life as a story allows for a broader perspective, helping to make important decisions and appreciate the journey with its highs and lows, heroes and villains, and pivotal moments.
