We're Not Able to Establish a Full Proof Method of Preventing Dictatorship

Even a contested election is enough to throw the united states into a constitutional crisis, and literally so. States have taken steps to grant legislatures increasing power to overturn the decision of the electoral count that has been produced by election officials. There are all kinds of ways in which we are preparing for a 20 24 election that is contested. And unfortunately, i don't know that there is a legal or constitutional fix to what ails us.
