The Problem with Theory in Jungian Coaching Methods
In the agile community, people often talk about being empirical, but they don't truly understand what it means. Instead, they rely on their personal memories and what they think worked for them in the past. This approach is not a solid foundation for creating a method. Reflection after the fact is flawed because our memories are influenced by the present and we remember events differently after they happen.
