This isn't about putting people in their place, even though you can want to do that. It's really about trying to deal with some one. If someone is behaving in a passive, aggressive manner with you, let have some compassion. And even if they are being an ass, you can be a little bit forgiving. Doen't mean youhave to tolerate their behaviour. You don't have to holdor harbor any malice, ill will or sense of vengeance. So i think it's really cool. But oftentimes remember that, sometimes you're competing against your colleagues for things like promotions. That's all ego, right?
