NOTE

Lowering Glucose Ketone Index Slows Tumor Growth

Lowering the glucose ketone index to 1-2, and ideally below 1, can slow tumor growth and make the tumor more susceptible to hyperbaric oxygen therapy and other cancer-specific metabolic drugs. Various inhibitors and therapies such as P13K inhibitors, 2-deoxyglucose, bromopyruvate, DCA, high doses of vitamin C, and essential tto inhibitors have shown interesting effects, especially when combined. Fasting combined with intravenous vitamin C has shown remarkable effects in aggressive tumors, while a non-curative cancer showed a 96% decrease in tumor burden with water fasting and a ketogenic diet.
